Our Casa Paloma property is a 2,000 Sq. Ft. New Single Family 4BR/3BA Home built in 2007. It features a Heated Pool with a Jacuzzi & Game Room. Casa Paloma sits within an oasis of swaying palms, with rich green foliage and exotic flowers in the Aviana Resort Community. We offer guests the ultimate stay in a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando's exciting attractions. We are the perfect location for your Disney vacation.

The Aviana Resort clubhouse is over 6,500 square feet, and is surrounded by a large sparkling guest pool, splash area (for the kids), tot-lot and sand volleyball court. The clubhouse features a cyber café and video arcade, fitness center, guest gathering room, and reception area.

The beauty of our Casa Paloma home cannot be appreciated through photos alone. When entering the home you are captivated with the level of attention to detail and professional decoration.

Casa Paloma has a large open kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, plenty of cabinet space, new appliances and a large counter top area. There is also a beautiful nook area for quick meals.

The dining room features seating for six and the eat-in kitchen has counter seating for three. The living room features a plush couch and loveseat that offers seating for five.

The spacious family room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, with a 52" Big Screen TV and DVD player.  The family room overlooks the relaxing pool which measures 26 feet x 12 feet and is fully screened with ample seating.

Casa Paloma has 2 master bedroom suites. Master Bedroom Suite #1 has a king size bed and slider doors that lead out to the lanai.  This suite features its own private bath with a soaking tub, separate large shower and a walk in closet.

Perfect for two separate families vacationing together, Casa Paloma's Master Bedroom Suite #2 has a queen size bed and its own private bath that features a tub w/shower and a large double closet for your belongings.

Both remaining bedrooms are identical and have 2 twin-size beds, dressers, nightstands with lamps, telephone, and am/fm radios w/alarms in each. There is a third bathroom with a tub and shower.

We also have a game room with a pool table and a foosball table. We have a collection of puzzles, games and cards for your rainy day enjoyment.  In addition you will find a Sony Play Station 2, two DVD players, and a full size Washer & Dryer.

Casa Paloma features its own screened and heated private swimming pool with a raised spa for extra comfort and relaxation so you and your family can relax and sunbathe in the warm Florida sunshine.  We have extended our pool deck so that you have room to sun and play without fear of falling into the pool! Lots of room to play here.

Our lanai is professionally landscaped for tropical beauty and privacy. Swim, play and eat without being overlooked. Lazing by the pool on large loungers listening to the children's laughter, excited faces splashing around in the pool. Maybe you are sipping a cool drink in the spa at night looking onto the illuminated pool, plastic tableware provided for your outdoor dining experience, BBQ sizzling away. Enjoy the under water pool light at night. Automatic spa timer, pool blanket, Child protection safety fence, 2 lounge chairs, table and six chairs. Charcoal grill.

For more than 85 years, Universal Studios has been bringing unique entertainment experiences to millions of people around the world.  There's so much the Orlando area can offer you and your family. A variety of shops, restaurants, and local entertainment is at your fingertips.

SeaWorld when combined with its neighbor Discovery Cove and the Aquatica water park, forms a large entertainment complex devoted to the Earth's oceans and the array of life that inhabits them.  Swim with dolphins, snorkel through colorful reefs teeming with thousands of tropical fish, explore underwater shipwrecks, and grottos.

Give the Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club a visit.  Located just 5 miles from Casa Paloma with green fees running from $25 to $45, Ridgewood Lakes is an excellent bargain and a fine alternative in generally upscale Orlando golf. Most of it is lateral, with only one real forced water carry to the green. Still, you are always aware of all that water lurking off to the side of the fairways and sometimes beside and back of the greens.  There are also 60 bunkers on Ridgewood Lakes (some built with coquina shells, which spices up the layout), and quite a few homes close enough to be identified as hazards.

Just minutes to area attractions!  Casa Paloma is less than 15 minutes to Disney World, less than 20 minutes to SeaWorld and less than 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Casa Paloma is also only 2 minutes to supermarkets for supplies and close to all other restaurants and amenities.
